Most of our courses (not Environmental Management or Agriculture) provide suitable preparation for either CIE or Edexcel IGCSE exams. However, they are geared to CIE and the specifications of the CIE syllabus, which we believe to be more robust.
If you take the CIE option, you can be registered as a candidate of Little Arthur Independent and will need to attend our centre, in the Isles of Scilly, to take the exams. We will carry out the registration process for you and keep you fully informed as to dates etc . We offer exams in the Autumn session only.
Alternatively, you may register as a ‘private candidate’ with a CIE centre of your choice which is willing to accept private candidates. You will be sent full details when enrolling and can contact your chosen centre directly to make arrangements to sit exams. It is always well worthwhile approaching local schools & colleges which often prove helpful in acting as an exam centre.
You should remember that exam registration should be carried out well in advance. Exam dates will extend over several weeks and you will need to plan your exams well in advance.
